1 c. Boiling Water
1 Tea Bag (black or green tea)
1/8" Slice Fresh Ginger
1/2 tsp. Raw Honey
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients in a coffee mug, cover, and steep for 10-15 minutes.
